Account & Registration

Setting up your 883y account is the starting point for everything on the platform. These questions cover registration, verification and account management for Pakistan users.

Go to the Register page and fill in your details — full name, email address, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a password. Confirm the verification code sent to your email or phone and your account is live. The whole process takes about two minutes. You can deposit and start playing straight after registration, but KYC identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.

883y is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. You must confirm your date of birth during registration, and identity documents submitted for KYC will be checked to verify your age. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and the balance forfeited. Do not register if you are under 18.

No — one account per person. Duplicate accounts are a breach of the Terms and Conditions, even if registered with different email addresses or phone numbers. If multiple accounts are linked to the same individual, all accounts are subject to suspension and balances may be forfeited. If you have lost access to your account, contact support to recover it rather than registering again.

KYC identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will typically need to submit a clear photo of your CNIC (National Identity Card) — front and back. A valid passport is accepted as an alternative. In some cases, a proof of address document may also be requested. Uploading your CNIC photos shortly after registering is the best way to avoid any delay when you are ready to withdraw for the first time.

Click "Forgot password?" on the Login page. Enter your registered email address or mobile number and you will receive a reset link or OTP. Follow the steps to set a new password. Reset links expire after a short period — if yours expires before use, request another. Use a strong, unique password that you are not using on any other website or app.
Deposits & Payments

All deposits at 883y are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and card payments — the options most commonly used by Pakistan players.

883y accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and eligible debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most popular options among Pakistani users — both typically confirm within seconds. Bank transfer takes 1–3 business days depending on your bank. The available methods for your account are shown in the Banking section of your account dashboard.

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed at the point of transaction in your account's Banking section. JazzCash and Easypaisa minimums are kept low to make the platform accessible. Check the deposit screen for the current minimum before initiating a transaction — the amount shown there is always accurate and up to date.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits usually reflect within seconds. Bank transfers can take 1–3 business days. If a JazzCash or Easypaisa deposit has not appeared after 10 minutes, check your transaction history in the Banking section of your account. If the payment was deducted from your mobile wallet but has not credited to your 883y balance, contact support with the transaction reference number and the time of the transaction — the team can trace and resolve it quickly.

No. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment account — whether it belongs to a family member, friend or anyone else — is a breach of platform rules and may result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed. This policy exists to protect against fraud and to ensure withdrawals can be correctly processed back to the verified account holder.
Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 883y go back to your registered PKR payment method. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal can be processed.

Go to the Banking section of your account dashboard and select Withdrawal. Choose your payment method, enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the same PKR payment method you used to deposit. Before your first withdrawal, KYC identity verification must be completed — upload your CNIC or passport photos in the account settings if you have not done so already.

Processing times depend on the method used. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest once approved by the 883y team. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days after approval. The withdrawal processing time on 883y's end is separate from any additional time your bank or mobile wallet provider may take to reflect the funds. You can track the status of pending withdrawals in your transaction history.

Common reasons for a withdrawal being held or declined include: KYC not completed, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, attempting to withdraw to a payment method different from the one used to deposit, or a security review triggered by unusual account activity. Check your account notifications for the specific reason. If you cannot determine the cause, contact support with your account details and withdrawal reference.
Sports Betting & Cricket

You need to be logged in with an available PKR balance to place in-play bets. Live bets are subject to brief suspension windows when odds recalculate around key moments in the match such as wickets, boundaries or end of an over.

Settlement rules for abandoned, rain-affected or interrupted matches are governed by the official match result and the sport-specific rules set out in the Terms and Conditions. In many cases, bets on a match that does not produce an official result are voided and the stake returned to your balance. For Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjusted results in limited-overs cricket, the official adjusted result typically stands for settlement purposes. Check the specific bet slip terms at the time of placing.

The welcome bonus is available to new accounts on their first qualifying deposit. Register, make a deposit that meets the minimum qualifying amount, and the bonus is credited to your account according to the promotion terms. A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds convert to real, withdrawable money. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Progress towards the wagering requirement is tracked in your account dashboard under active bonuses. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100% while table games may contribute less. The specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

Bonuses have an expiry date — if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed from the account automatically. The expiry date is shown in the bonus terms and in your active bonuses dashboard. If you believe a bonus was removed in error, contact support with the promotion name and the date it was credited — the team can review the account history and advise accordingly.
Responsible Gaming

Your account settings include deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), loss limits, session time reminders and a cool-off period option that temporarily restricts access to your account. Log in and go to Account Settings, then select Responsible Gaming. From there you can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit in PKR. The limit takes effect immediately once saved. If you want to increase or remove a limit, there is a brief cooling-off period before the change is applied — this is intentional and designed to prevent impulsive decisions during a gaming session. Setting a limit early, before your first deposit, is the simplest approach to budget management.

The cool-off option in your account settings lets you temporarily block access to your account for a period you choose. This is useful if you feel you need a short break without permanently closing the account. If you need a longer break, contact support to request a formal self-exclusion period. During any exclusion period your account cannot be used for betting, gaming or deposits, and marketing messages will be paused. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before the agreed end date.

If betting or gaming is causing problems — financially, in your relationships or affecting your ability to manage daily responsibilities — the right step is to take a break immediately using the cool-off or self-exclusion tool in your account. Gaming should always be an entertainment activity funded by discretionary income, never by money set aside for essential expenses.
